Visitors to should start their journey with a stop at Port Pire Cultural Precinct, which offers a range of activities, artwork, cultural displays, shopping, tour desk, and is home to both the Port Pirie Regional Tourism & Arts Centre and the Port Pirie Regional Art Gallery.

From Port Pirie, it’s approximately an hour drive to Port Augusta, 3 hours drive to Wilpena Pound in the Flinders Ranges National Park, and 6 hours to Coober Pedy. Breakfree Port Pirie is an excellent choice for stop-overs for travellers heading North to visit Lake Eyre, or for those coming South from the Northern Territory.
